We were asked by our top bass come up with innovative thoughts that would help in effective cost cutting. All of us put our thinking caps and we thought what could be the best way. Our company believed in documenting everything and as a result a huge amount of paper waste was generated each day. There was a solution to this and a few days back when I was searching in the web when I came across a company named igroup . This company makes excellent PDA forms software that would allow us to circulate forms in PDA, reduce unnecessary waste and allow effective cost cutting. I thought this would be an ideal solution and the management found it acceptable .Apart from cost reduction it has given us freedom from the loads of paper that we had to grapple with everyday.
